Book Review: Mid Life Love by Whitney Gracia Williams

So, I’ve been already read this book and quite impressed by the story and the main characters. And these are what I thought about the book.

Moral of the story by me of course (not sorted):
1) You may have a great wonderful legendary career but it never be the main point to make you feel happiness
2) You may be pretty or beautiful or handsome or gorgeous but it not last forever. We human aging, yanno!
3) All we need is love, Love is all we need (singing it ala Ariana Grande: Love is Everything)
4) Even life sometimes sucks don’t worry God will give you ways to overcome everything #keeppraying
5) If by any chance there’s someone disappointed you, keep in mind because there will be another person out there will make your day lighten up again (ehem, okay maybe not just person, it can be your pet, your hobby or anything that helps #wink)
6) If your love life sucks, don’t worry keep searching the right person because there should be 1 person as your destinied lover and don’t diving too deep into your sadness, because Adam only has one Eve after all!
7) Every people in the world has right to be happy
8) True friends will always by our side in ups and down
9) Age never be a problem if you never make it as a problem
10) Love at first sight is truly exist

Ohhh, If by any chance there is a “Jonathan” outside this very real world, please let me know #grinning.
Because I kind of infatuating with him, the most jealous and possessive and sexiest man ever alive in a romance novel! #sigh

A caring lover, super duper possessive, didn't give a shit about "what so called common sense rule" like the age gap or physical outstanding. Even he could do anything in his power to make her, his only. And I can only say "WOW!"

Honestly, I kind of annoyed by the fact that Claire, 11 years older than Jonathan. Is it possible for a man fall in love with older woman let say 11 years older? Because I heard women hit maturity faster than men. But who could denied chemistry and the love sparks? No one I think.

And I thought for a while after read this book and asked myself what is the most intense love of all? First love or Love at the first sight?

And my answer is "Love at first sight". Because it is kind of draining all of energy and messing up your mind all at once, make you blushing, your heart suddenly beating so fast, can't think straight at that time and couldnt even look him/her in the face without blushing even harder. OMG! It's like hit by thunderbolt of love!

Nah, I just remember the quote from novel Star Crossed by JS Taylor:

Cause, You are the thunderbolt, That shot into my heart, And when that thunderbolt hits, You know, You know. Nothing will ever be the same!

I'm really enjoying this book, definitely my 5* book and stories and characters and all the enchanting words and all the banter, thanks Author you are amazing!

Book Review: Gabriel’s Inferno (Gabriel’s Trilogy #1) by Sylvain Reynard

This Book review is about my recent read novel, Gabriel’s Inferno by Sylvain Reynard, a Gabriel’s trilogy book #1. The others in this trilogy are Gabriel’s Rapture and Gabriel’s Redemption.

This book is sooooo “English & Italian literature” in every possible way. Quoting or citing from English/Italian classic literatures or telling us about it, from Dante story to CS Lewis and Tolkien’s dragon and Gollum and etc. Then somehow mentions some classics art painting from Boticelli.

Although, honestly I did not know some of the classic books mentioned nor Italian language, but sure I know when the characters said something about Gollum and His precious

The romance story, indeed, makes my heart beating and I kind of felt what Julianne felt, a shy and “traumatized by the past” woman who still lingering her feeling for her first love. Sylvain was successfully making me, imaginary experiencing what the characters do, their acts, their emotions and the places described in the novel #bravo #clap2

And for me who believe in “soulmate”, “a happily ever after”; and “muse of life/my knight in shining armor”,  this book is definitely my favorite. Another 5* book in my #Aldiko rackhahaha!. I quite an avid reader so I need #Aldiko to keeping all of my ebooks, e-novel, docs and all my digital collections, so I can always read wherever I go, because all of it staying in my smartphone (who mostly used for read or streaming Youtube #XperiaZultra)

Okay, so this novel taught me so much morals, as below (not sorted);
1. Do not ever using DRUGS or deal with it, its results only bring destruction to your life or R.I.P
2. If by any chance, you’re already a “user”, go get some help, rehab or whatever to keep you clean and hopefully will never ever touch it again
3. First love is sooooooo romantic! Gabriel is Julienne 1st love  who blessedly stay in her heart for years! (Ahhhhh, it makes me remember my 1st love!!!!!)
4. A loving family with loving & caring & supportive parents, that’s what every child need the most
5. God always forgiving our sin, so make peace with your sins yourself first.
6. True love never leaving you in a darkside, he/she will sticks to you in all kind of situations, through the good and the bad. And will help you to find the light #wink #howromantic #sigh
7. Adopting is a kind act to help make this world a better place by providing 1 lonely and homeless(not homeless in “houseless” meaning, but kind of “feel at home”) child in your gentle and loving care. ONLY if your situation enable you to adopt in every aspects. S
8. Find the true love of your life is a blessing. Its move heaven to earth, otherwise it likes move hell to earth, hahaha! #seriously
9. Do not performs any ABORTION (unless it is for health reason)! It is so wrong in every aspects! Its a terrible sin! Be responsible for your act!
10. Learn and studying what you likes and maybe make a living from it. That way you will enjoy working, because you do what you like, right? #smilling

Reccomended Books & 2014 Reading Challenge

I've been pretty crazy to read any great novel I have this whole week. Yess, its romance novel, some contemporary young adult novel and so many more genre. And I've pretty taken with Alice Clayton Novel Wallbanger which I still reading now.

That novel is hillarious, I dunno how many times I smiled or laugh or laugh out lout or rofl...whatever. Very funny yet romantic and very fresh from the oven story (hmmm...I think). I reccomended this book very much. You will keep your smile, hmm-ed and owhh-ed while read this book (:D #grinned).

Alice Clayton does very great job to make every words enchanting. All the conversation, the jokes, the characters thought all of these soooo really great I can't stop myself from read it (yepp, still laugh too!)

My next list are surely the redhead series by Alice Clayton, it contain 2 books. Hmm...Anyway I reccomended too the Sadie Grubor "All Grown Up" which I already read an still the feeling lingering on me about the sweet childhood romance, the friendship, the break up, first love, the love story and happily ever after.

So make a challenge this year to read some books. Then challenge gives more excitement (who doesn't like challenge?). I made a challenge to read 400 books this year on Goodreads. Update every books I read and to keep tracking it. Happy reading, what 's ur fav novel this month?.

My Reading List & Its Relation with Percy Jackson

Hey everyone, well my reading list this month is all about Percy Jackson. Hahaha,, since its next movie on August, The Percy Jackson & The Sea Of Monsters will be coming soon on the Theater!

While searching great books to read & some manga, Finding the Percy Jackson another stories, not another I mean the stories continuing the Percy Jackson series.

I bought The Lost Hero, The Son Of Neptune & The Mark Of Athena, Very interesting series!!! Can't wait for the next book coming out to the market!!! Kyaaaa...

I love to read those books, interesting with never ending wonderful stories to tell :D

Even in this crazy week, end-of-months-payroll-&-financial reporting things, I still take some time to read those books (even when I am in the toilet, haaaaa! :P) because its 'greget' stories.

I suggesting for all you girls & women to add this book into your collection since it contain so many useful information and tips how to caring your skin, your face, your hair, and how doing cosmetics without damaging your face. {◕ ◡ ◕}

With so many cute picture and manhwa-like drawing, this book is so easy to read and to memorize, really! ♪☆＼(^０^＼) ♪(／^-^)／☆♪

This book is for woman but contain about 10 page more about men skin care & cosmetic. Also there is a book special for men called "FANTASTIC COSMETIC For Men" for IDR 85k too (not too pricey because its usefulness, right? ^▽^ ), its have quite useful tips for men vary from face care to men fashion & style.

Church Shift Review

Hmm, remember now I was reading Church Shift???

So this is my own review about the first chapter of this book, This 1st chap is about "Civil Power"

(I dunno another meaning in English about "Kekuasaan Rakyat", and I think it's the best meaning to description that).

I like the way Pastor Sunday wrote the line. Love this book so much! From this 1st chapter I knoe what is the truly meaning about God's commands. He wants me (as much as He wants you!) not just to be telling story about savior but also to save people life, save their souls and not just to be built churches or just taught them theorize.

The right things are we should help them to believe Gos, taught them the how and make them feel the way God had done the best things in our life so that they know the truly essence about Him.

Many Christians worked for their own church success, for their community or to make their church bigger and bigger!!! But this book have made me think twice. God's Kingdom is here, it's not talks about Church or Heaven (For God's sake it's here!now!). We're God's ambassador. Why all this time we're focuses about our personal Christianity? or build a church? For long time we search where is God's Kingdom and want it to come quickly meanwhile we didn't know it's already here and just to be found.

God's Kingdom is our call like in Matthew 20:19 to make all nation His disciples and taught them the way He taught us. God's Kingdom is our daily activities who impacting people. Pastor Sunday taught me about doing the right thing, what God wants and leave the sins.

Okay let's talk about church, what's church is as Pastor Sunday wrote is training place. Place to train us to become the real God's ambassador. Get the lesson and implementing it outside and get the impact.

So this is review for 1st chapter as what I read. So wanna know it more? just read the book, okey?

Read so fascinating book...Church Shift

Yes, church shift written by Pastor Sunday Adelaja such a fascinating book. Opened my mind about the essence of Christianty. What God want us to do based on His Mandate like in the Matthew 28:19.

Well, I already read that book about 1 year ago and still didn't finish yet until last night I tried to read this book again from the first chapter and found necessary messages. So, this book so fascinated, really changed my mindset and I recommended this book to those who love to find their own call in God to complete the Great Mandate to make all nations His disciples.

Reksa dana? Apaan tuh?Penting emang?

Kalo mau tau apa itu Reksa dana or kerennya dana bersama atawa kalo di inggrisin Mutual Fund itu adalah sarana investasi yang sederhana dimana setiap orang dengan tujuan investasi yang sama mengumpulkan dana mereka untuk dikelola oleh seorang Manajer Investasi profesional sesuai dengan tujuan investasinya.

Dana yang terkumpul pada reksa dana akan di investasikan pada saham-saham dan/atau dalam instrumen-instrumen berpendapatan tetap (fixed income). Kekayaan/aset suatu reksa dana bukan milik manajer investasinya, ia hanya mengelola aset tersebut mewakili para investor. Aset tersebut adalah milik para investor dimana kepemilikannya dinyatakan dalam jumlah unit penyertaan reksa dana tersebut.

Nah, mumpung masih muda neh... gak ada salahnya tuh sedari sekarang kita mulai investasikan uang kita ke Mutual Fund ini. Sebab ini untuk investasi untuk jangka panjang dan murah banget. Cukup mulai dengan Rp 100.000 aja kamu udah bisa jadi INVESTOR. yah, yg pasti jangan asal cari MANAJER INVESTASI aja, cari MI yg ber-prospek bagus. Umumnya reksa dana itu dibeli dalam unit, per unitnya Rp 1.000 makanya min. belinya 100 unit alias RP 100.000 nah kalo tiap bulan kita invest reksadana Rp 100.000 dan kita pantau perkembangannya, bukan mustahil pensiun hari tua dengan kebebasan financial seperti kata Robert T. Kiyosaki, "MELEK FINANSIAL" kuncinya.

Seseorang perlu berinvestasi di reksa dana karena dengan berinvestasi di reksa dana akan didapat beberapa keuntungan, diantaranya :
- Diversifikasi otomatis. Portofolio investor dengan sendirinya tersebar ke beragam aset yang terwujud dalam portofolio yang dapat mengurangi risiko, karena dana di investasikan ke berbagai jenis efek sehingga risikonya pun juga tersebar.
- Barrier to entry rendah. Siapapun bisa memulai berinvestasi reksa dana as low as Rp. 100.000 saja (tergantung jenis reksa dana).
- Investasi dikelola oleh Manajer Investasi (MI) profesional dengan administrasi oleh kustodian (Bank tempat nyetor uang buat beli reksa dana) dan diawasi ketat oleh Bapepam LK. MI akan berusaha untuk mencari peluang investasi yang paling baik untuk reksa dana tersebut.
- Hasil investasi reksa dana bukan (belum) menjadi obyek pajak. Kupon obligasi juga belum menjadi obyek pajak.
- Likuiditas tinggi. Unit Penyertaan dapat dibeli atau dijual kembali setiap hari bursa melalui MI.
- Transparansi informasi. Reksa dana wajib memberikan informasi atas perkembangan portofolio dan biayanya secara kontinyu kepada pemegang Unit Penyertaan.
